Week 12, a recovery week, is done early, on Saturday. I'm not planning to run or work out tomorrow.

I made it to all my favorite yoga and strength and conditioning workouts this week. I could clearly feel the fatigue in my legs from last week when I did split squats and goblet squats on Wednesday and still a bit Friday when doing Shiva squats and crescent lunges. Today's long run felt pretty good, even when I pressed the accelerator a bit, so I expect to be ready for a week of multiple speed and hill workouts starting Monday.
