This release fixes a bug in writing out WKB on 64-bit systems. It was solved by a MapFish user. If you are one, or are writing WKB to PostGIS or another application, an upgrade is recommended. I've uploaded an sdist to http://pypi.python.org/pypi/Shapely/1.0.14.
