Welcome Spatialindex

Howard Butler offered Marios Hadjieleftheriou a home at the GIS Python Labs for his spatialindex library, and I'm pleased to say he has accepted. Marios's library is the basis for our Rtree package. Howard has imported the code, tagged the 1.1.1 release, and set up a trunk that has all the recent improvements and bug fixes. Links: Trac instance, Subversion repository.
