OGR GeoJSON driver

Mateusz Loskot just completed the inverse of my last project: pulling GeoJSON data through the OGR abstract model.

There is already a handy GeoJSON implementation for Python in the package index (formerly known as the Cheeseshop): http://pypi.python.org/pypi/GeoJSON.
